About the role

We are looking for a Junior Manager – Operations (Control Tower) to play a critical role in driving operational excellence across Vahan’s supply and demand ecosystem. This role will sit at the center of day-to-day operations, using data to identify process and system breakages, coordinating across teams to drive resolution, and ensuring that control tower metrics are consistently tracked and improved.

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and effective stakeholder management. You will work closely with Demand, Supply, Product, Tech, and Business teams to ensure operational stability, speed, and scalability.

What you’ll do

Daily Operations & Data Analysis

• Analyze daily operational data to identify gaps, anomalies, and process/system breakages.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor key control tower metrics.
• Translate data insights into clear problem statements and action plans.

Process Design & Improvement

• Work with Demand and Supply teams to define, document, and continuously improve operational processes.
• Identify recurring issues and drive root-cause analysis to prevent future breakdowns.
• Support rollout of new processes and ensure adherence across stakeholders.
